Whether you're a problem solver, a visual artist, a movement teacher, or just someone who loves to hold space for others — we want you on the inside of the signal.
Our Core Crew helps bring the entire system online. From pre-festival setup to artist hospitality, parking, info booths, strike, and beyond — these are the hands and hearts that make the magic happen.
Crew members will be asked to complete 16 hours of work across the weekend. Shift types and preferences are listed in the application.
All applications are now live. You'll be asked to provide your basic info, availability, preferred role(s), and any supporting materials (portfolio, links, tech needs, etc).
